Conserve Italia Group is a huge Italian co-operative that brings together over 14,500 farmers and represents one of Europe’s largest agri-food companies.

Orchard Hotel – De Vere Group

De Vere Orchard—a modern, eco-friendly hotel in the East Midlands.  - Nottingham

Target Audience
Business Commuters travelling into the city by train. 
Nottingham city businesses and large organisations. 

Objectives – The client wanted to introduce the new hotel and their facilities to visitors and commuters to Nottingham who would might utilise such facilities for business or leisure. 
The initiative was to target the corporate community in the city to create an awareness of the comprehensive conferencing facilities available and to promote what was now the second largest operating conference space in the city and county.     

We designed a campaign to distribute 2000 apples and 2000 flyers across the city of Nottingham over two days to a demographically targeted audience.
The apples were fixed with QR code stickers so the campaign could be tracked back to a particular webpage to monitor the ROI.

A thousand apples were distributed to commuters arriving at Nottingham train station – Our team of 4 distributers were briefed to not only distribute the apples and flyers but to engage and answer any questions about the brand. 
We also distributed a high volume of samples and flyers to the likes of the city and county council offices, Boots head office, Experian and Vision Express head office.  
The team had been briefed to specifically target the procurement managers and marketing teams who would make the decisions on conferencing to enable a greater impact.
We employed the services of the world renowned folk law legend and local hero ‘Robin Hood’ to assist in the initiative who further enhanced the marketing reach by attracting tourists and visitors to help our client make the local news generating great publicity.

Gloworm Family Festival - East Midlands  
The client chose to use our Gloworm Festival through the appreciation that our family audience in attendance perfectly matched their target demographic. They decided to distribute 20,000 samples of a new product aimed at the median average of the children present to maximise their potential impact.

A Brand Manager at Organix, says:
